Refund policy

REFUND AND EXCHANGES

Art of Nature Dist. wants our customers to be 100% satisfied with their product but we do understand at times things don't go perfectly and we are here to make your order perfect no matter the reason. We will gladly exchange or credit you up to 90 days from the date on our invoice. Item must be returned new and in new condition.

Please allow 10 to 14 business days from the time your order is received for us to process your return or exchange. It is your responsibility to send us your return or exchange as we do not charge a stocking or re-handling fee.

Original purchase must have been from the Art of Nature Dist. website for any refund or exchange. If your item was purchased elsewhere please follow that locations policy for returns or refunds. Thank you
